Client terms I acknowledge and accept the following terms: All metadata has been stripped of location and client information. We will not use the client's name, street, location or any info. We will refer to the project as Possession Sound.

Licensing terms I acknowledge and accept the following licensing terms: Single party, non-exclusive usage to Client. Client may use the images for promotional, awards, social media, marketing and editorial in perpetuity but the client cannot transfer this usage to any other entity. Andrew Pogue Photography retains all other rights in the copyright work, including without limitation, the right to copy, distribute, publish, display or modify the copyright work. Any third party requesters must order reproductions or usage directly through Andrew Pogue Photography. Credit line: Andrew Pogue, to appear near image(s) when published.
